“When parents and teachers team up, students level up!” Join us for our Parent Meeting on Tuesday, October 14th, 5–6 PM at David Skeet Elementary! We’ll share simple tools to help you engage your child in reading and use questioning techniques that spark curiosity and understanding. Refreshments provided. David Skeet Elementary School is hosting "Launch into Literacy" night on Tuesday, September 16, 2025. The event starts at 5:00 PM and ends at 7:00 PM. Come gain a reading skill to help your child succeed. Prizes will be given to all families that attend. Food and beverages will be served. See you there! We distributed 30,000 meals in the form of 5-day meal kits to many children in the community.
We prepared hot meals onsite at 5 Gallup area parks using our hot dog carts! We served burgers, BBQ, and other kid-approved meals to our community kids!
Plus, we offered hot meals at all 33 GMCS school sites for all children during July. At SFE, feeding kids is our favorite summer activity!
